Rosina Wachtmeister was born in Austria on Lake Atter, but at age 14 her family emigrated to Brazil. There she studies fine arts in Porto Alegro. In 1974 she returned to Europe where she settled in Capena, a village high in the mountains in the province of Rome. In the tranquility of her surroundings, her colorful and so recognizable works emerge. Goebel translates these works into beautiful three-dimensional figures made of porcelain and a beautiful glass collection. Rosina’s cat figurines radiate color and energy and never get bored.
